Around 3 am this morning, I woke up from my dream laughing. In my dream, George Jetson was driving in his vehicle when he suddenly said, "Mr. Spacely, that cheap son-of-a-bitch!" I had to remove my self from bed because I was laughing so much. After laughing for about 20 minutes, I was able to calm myself down and return to bed. The Jetson's is one of my all time favorite cartoons so I guess hearing George cussing in my dream at 3 in the morning was unexpected and very funny! |

| Rainy Days |

It's raining, it's raining. I feel like a child again. I'm not sure exactly what it is, but I love rainy days. Maybe it has something to do with the way rain slows the movement of society down a notch or two. Maybe it's the way it sort of cleanses the streets. I don't know, I'm very thankful for rainy days. |

I went to take Tinkerbell for a walk and I noticed a strange car parked in our space. I called the towing company and they will soon be here to haul it away. At first I felt bad about it, but there are plenty other spaces for visitors. There a plenty of visible WARNING signs regarding the parking situation posted near the entrance so there really is no excuse. I'm sure if I parked in someone's private space they would have had me towed as well.
update: the car is history - mission accomplished! |

The Holiday weekend in Phoenix was simply great. For a while I dreaded the holiday season, but when you have great people to share it with, it's simply the most wonderful time of the year. I look forward to having children to relive that feeling I use to get when I was a child. |

When I use public transportation, I usually come across so called "mentally disturbed people". They tend to have conversations with themselves and their over all behavior appears to somewhat alarm everyone around them. What if they know something that we don't know? What if they are communicating with a higher power that so called sane people would never be able to accept or comprehend. Well, not all mentally disturbed people, maybe one out of every six. Now that would be Ironic! |

Well, we finally got cable. I have to say I was very impressed with the prompt service. Two technicians showed up around 12;15 pm to do the job. One technician made himself comfortable at the table preparing the form for me to sign while the other connected the wires to the television. The process took about five minutes and they were done. I signed the installation form and they were on their way. |
